We welcome refunds and exchange.
Our return policy lasts for 45 days. In the event that 45 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you any return or exchange.
To be qualified for return, your item must be unused and in a similar condition as we you initially received it. Originally packaging is preferred.
To finish your return, we require a receipt or verification of procurement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced. In the event that you need to exchange said item for a similar item, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org OR Contact IQ Financial Tech Solutions, LLC for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping merchandise. Products without RMA won't be received
