IQ.Financial Refund Policy

IQ Financial Tech Solutions, LLC (the “Company”) offers refunds and exchanges on certain products purchased through IQ.Financial (the “Service”).

  1. Returns
    • We offer returns or exchanges on qualified products purchased through the Service for 45 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer returns or exchanges after the 45 day period.
    • To be qualified for return, your item must be unused and in a similar condition as we you initially received it. Original packaging is preferred.
    • To process your return, we require a receipt or verification of purchase from the Company.
    • If any item is returned and appears (i) used or (ii) damaged by you, we may, our sole discretion, offer a discounted return.
  2. Refund
    • Once the returned product is accepted and examined, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your returned item. Additionally, we will inform you of the whether your returned item was either accepted or denied.
    • In the event that your returned item is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will consequently be transferred to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time. Processing times vary from institution to institution but typically range from 7 to 14 business days. If you do not receive confirmation of the credit within 14 days, please contact your bank and then, if they cannot resolve it, please contact the Company at
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on discounted items.
  3. Exchange
    • Items that were damaged or defective when originally shipped may be replaced by the Company. In the event that you need to exchange said item for a similar item, please email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item. Products without an RMA won’t be received
